How do I place an order? Call 512.452.3820 to place an order. After hours, there is an automated answering service with which you may leave your order.
Do I need to open an account with you to place an order? Yes. If you do not have an established account with us, you must pay Retail Prices.
Is there a minimum order amount? There is no minimum amount for pick up orders. We require a $100 minimum for delivery orders.
How early do I have to place my order? For morning deliveries, please place orders no later than one day prior. For afternoon deliveries, please place orders no later than 11 a.m. on the day of. For large orders or during holiday seasons, such as Christmas, New Year’s, Valentine’s Day, etc., please place orders several days in advance. If you have to special order an item, please place orders at least 48 hours in advance. Please contact Lou or Carol for special order items.
Do you deliver outside of Austin? We deliver to restaurants outside of the Austin city limits on a case-by-case basis. Please contact one of our sales representative, at 512.452.3820 to inquire about deliveries to your location. Fuel charges may apply.
When will my delivery arrive? Our fishmongers begin filleting at 6:30 a.m. Monday – Saturday. Morning deliveries will typically arrive between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Afternoon deliveries will typically arrive between 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.

How can I request a product list? To request a full fresh and frozen product list, please call Kelley Jacobs, our sales representative, at 512.452.3820.
How often do your prices change? Our prices are subject to change weekly. Being such a highly coveted and perishable product, fresh seafood is subject to regular price fluctuations. These may include fuel costs, weather delays, natural disasters, government regulations, and seasonal changes in supply and demand, among others. To stay up-to-date on the most recent market prices, we recommend you sign up for The Weekly Fishmonger – our e-newsletter that arrives in your inbox every Wednesday morning with price updates, weekly specials, and other pertinent information.

What if I’m dissatisfied with my order? All of our product is guaranteed fresh and of the highest quality. If you are unhappy with an order, you may refuse the delivery, and we will do everything in our power to get you a replacement product on the same day. Please be advised that if you accept the order, you may not return it to our market, as this violates FDA regulations.
