Miso and Agave Glazed Salmon with White Rice and Wilted Spinach

Step One: Preheat and Prep
Preheat your oven to 400°
In a medium pot add rice and 2 cups of water, bring to a boil, cover reduce heat to simmer for 18-22 minutes.
In a medium bowl, whisk the miso, sake, mirin, ginger, agave nectar, and oil together in a non-reactive dish or bowl. Add the Salmon and coat with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least a few hours, ideally overnight.
