Rock Crab
Also known as the spider crab because of its spindly legs, the rock crab lives among the rocky outcroppings along the east coast of Canada and the U.S. Most of its flaky, delicately flavored meat is located in its large claws (like stone crabs). The pink, sweet meat is reminiscent of Dungeness crab.
