This is THE CLASS for those of you who are ready to learn how to fillet a fish. This class is not for the faint of heart! This intensive, HANDS ON Class we will show you how to break down fish from nose to tail.


Bring your RUBBER BOOTS and Filet Knife, we will provide the gloves! This class will be taught in our Wholesale Cutting Room. Not many get the opportunity to see where our amazing fishmongers break down thousands of pounds of fish daily, this is a real treat!
